1. What Launchpad is for
Running your own web application, built from your description by the Launchpad builder, in the space we give you. Everything below follows from that.
2. You may not use Launchpad for
- Crypto-mining or other computation unrelated to your app.
- Proxies, VPN endpoints or tunnelling.
- Sending unsolicited or bulk email.
- Scanning, attacking or probing other systems.
- Hosting content for third parties or reselling the environment.
- Illegal content, malware, phishing, or content that infringes others' rights.
- Anything that degrades the service for other customers.
3. What happens if we see a problem
We email a warning with the reason. If it is unresolved in 48 hours, or immediately for abuse of others, we pause the app: visitors see a paused page, you keep dashboard access and can download everything. If it is still unresolved after 14 days we delete it, with reminders 7 days and 1 day before.
4. Appeals
Reply to the warning email. A person reads it and answers within we reply within two business days.
