Questions and answers
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You describe your business and what you need, and you ask for changes in plain words. You never see code unless you go looking for it.
Do I need a Claude account?
No. Your builder is powered by Claude and included in your plan. There's nothing to sign up for and no key to manage.
What can it build?
Business tools: bookings, orders, quotes and invoices, customer lists, staff areas, contact forms, galleries, news pages, simple reports. If you can describe it in a paragraph, that's a good sign.
How long does the starter app take?
Usually 15–25 minutes after you've told us about your business. You can close the page — we email you when it's ready to look at.
Can I use my own web address?
Yes, one per app (plus the www version). We show you two lines to copy into your domain provider, check them for you, and switch on the padlock automatically.
Can my staff use it?
Yes, in two ways. Your app can have a staff area with its own logins. And you can invite people to help run the app: editors can ask for changes and publish, viewers can look.
What if I don't like a change?
Don't publish it — or undo it. Every change goes to your private preview first, and every published version stays in your history so you can go back.
Who owns the app?
You do. It's built on trusted open-source foundations and powered by Claude, and you can take it with you: an export of the whole app and your records is one click away under Settings → Advanced.
What does it cost when I ask for many changes?
Nothing extra in normal use. Each app includes a monthly building allowance — enough for dozens of changes — and we tell you well before you get close. If you ever need more, email us.
Can you help me?
Yes. Email us and a person replies within we reply within two business days. The Help page inside your account also shows examples of requests that work well.
The trial is free. After that, cancel any time from your account; your app runs to the end of the paid month and we don't charge again. We don't refund partial months. Details on the Refund policy page.
