1. The trial
The 14-day trial is free; cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
2. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and are not refunded for partial months. Cancel any time from your dashboard; your app runs to the end of the paid month and we don't charge again.
3. When we do refund
If we billed you in error, or your app was unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to a fault on our side, email us within 30 days and we will refund or credit the affected period.
4. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe. Depending on your bank they can take a few days to appear.
